Rate: $1,250 + cost of ingredients/groceries
What’s included:

• Recipe* prep, “beauty dish” version: New Day NW requires a finished version of the recipe to be prepared to film during the demo.

• Recipe prep, “deconstructed” version: Depending on the recipe, this could simply be the individual ingredients pre-measured, OR it could be semi-prepped components. I will provide a plan for the cookbook author to review before I begin work to ensure we’re on the same page about how to approach the “deconstruction.”

• Props: I will use the author’s cookbook as aesthetic guidance for selecting props from my collection to use on-set.

• Transport and set-up: I will arrive at the New Day NW prior to the segment with everything needed to set up and style the countertop.

• Take-down and clean-up: I will do all post-segment clean-up so cookbook author is free to leave right after their segment.

Extras: If you would like additional recipes to be on display during the segment, I’m happy to prepare those at a rate of $150 per recipe.*

*Applies to any recipe with a ready-in time of two hours or less. If any recipe takes longer than that, that’s no problem—I will just need to adjust the rate based on the recipe scope.
