Design Process

Never worked with an interior decorator for Airbnbs? That’s okay! The details of each project are tailored to each client’s needs, but here’s a peek the general flow of the design process:

Share inspo. Schieck Spaces will ask you to share photos of homes/rooms you like so we can get a sense of your style.

Talk it out. Whether in person or virtually, we will schedule a time to talk through the details of your project.

Get a visual. Once we have a sense of your style, we will create relevant visual representations of your space, such as a mood board, room rendering, or product option boards.

Service Rates

All decorating services for short-term rentals and Airbnb decorating services are $135/hour. I will provide a project quote after we’ve chatted and I understand what types of things you’d like help with. Please note that project quotes represent the cost of time spent on design services, and are not inclusive of décor elements purchased for your space. But know that I am always happy to work within—and will provide décor suggestions based upon—a budget you are comfortable with.
